JINDAL PAPER ON 19th OCTOBER AT HYDERABAD
Hello.. am from JNTU,in the stream of metallurgy, on Oct 19th i appeared for JSPL(offcampus) nearly 23,000 people appeared for this exam..all over india. Before the exam I din’t have a clear idea about the pattern ,with little knowledge I went to exam. When they gave the aptitude paper it was very easy and I was busy in solving the problems after some time invisilator shouted saying dat remaining 10 mins ….at dat time I have to attempt verbal section and attention to detail….somehow managed to complete articles, prepositions and synonyms….at last I din’t get the chance of going through the passages….the reasons for saying all these things is, aptitude paper was very easy but you won’t get the chance of seeing all the questions if u are slow…. So U should be quick ..
JSPL written test consists of….
English-—>20 ques:
1. 1-10 questions from articles,prepositions,synonyms.
2. 11-20 questions consists of 2 passages it may be of any topic
Quantitative—->20 ques:
1.21-40 questions from %,profit and loss, time and work , Ages, ratio proportions.this section is very easy but it takes much time to complete..(time consuming problems)
Attention to detail—->15 ques:
1.41-44 questions consists of simple problems , which totally depends on our observation.

2.welding technology

4.mechanical working of metals
5.mechanical metallurgy
6.non-ferrous extractive metallurgy
7.heat-treatment technology
8.FTR
Better follow ‘objectives of metallurgy’ by ARBIND, and previous gate papers..all the best
