1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QuizPro ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers.

2. Description of Service

QuizPro is an online educational quiz platform designed for competitive exam preparation (UPSC, Banking, SSC, Railway, PSC, and other Government exams). We provide practice quizzes, mock tests, previous year papers, leaderboards, gamification features, progress analytics, and subscription-based premium content.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
• One person may maintain only one account. Duplicate accounts may be terminated.
• You agree not to share your account credentials with others.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Free accounts have daily usage limits. Premium subscriptions (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, Lifetime) unlock unlimited access.
• All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your payment card details.
• Subscription prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions auto-expire at the end of the billing period. We do not auto-renew.
• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. Contact support to request a refund.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Platform.
• Copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit quiz content, questions, or explanations.
• Attempt to manipulate leaderboards, scores, or gamification systems.
• Share quiz answers or solutions on external platforms in bulk.
• Harass, abuse, or impersonate other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or Platform systems.

6. Content Ownership

• All quiz content, questions, explanations, and study materials are the intellectual property of QuizPro or our content partners.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content for personal educational use only.
• User-generated content (profile information, feedback) remains yours, but you grant us a license to display it on the Platform.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• Accounts involved in cheating, score manipulation, or abusive behavior will be banned.
• You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the content is error-free or that our service will be uninterrupted. While we strive for accuracy, quiz questions and answers should be verified against official sources for critical exam preparation.

9. Limitation of Liability

QuizPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to exam results, lost data, or service interruptions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
